CVs and job applications
Any CV or similar document we receive directly as an unsolicited application and do not reply to will be deleted immediately, without any processing. If we do reply, the legal basis for processing the data in the CV will be steps taken at the candidate's request before entering into a contract, in order to consider it for current or future selection processes.
Candidates' data will be kept until the selection process ends, unless the candidate is selected. Candidates who want us to keep their CV for future processes must ask us expressly by email; in that case we will keep it for a maximum of two years from the last update.
Minors
ROSSO PICCANTE, S.L. does not allow children under fourteen to provide us with personal data without the express consent of their parents or guardians.
Web analytics and third-party features
If you accept it, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is found, accessed and used. This may involve collecting data such as the IP address, approximate location or browser and device information, used exclusively for statistical purposes.
